Problems logging in

Please see the following list of common problems and solutions:
Q: Forget your username?
A: Your username is the same as the email address Job Alerts is sent to.
Q: Forget your password?
A: You can have your password sent to you - Forgot your password?
Q: Have checked password and username is correct but still unable to login.
A: Check that the 'Caps Lock' or 'A' light on the keyboard is not lit
Recommended system setup
For best performance, a PC running Windows 2000 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 is recommended.
The display should be set to 1024x768 pixels.
Any Version 5 with Service Pack or higher browser is the minimum requirement.

Registered Users
Registered users can shorten the application process by logging into the registered users section
using your Job Alerts login. Once logged in, your personal details (as saved in your Job Alerts
account) will be automatically filled into the text boxes, and you can attach your most recent
resume by ticking the 'Use stored Resume' option.
